They are commonly used on entrance marquees where water draining off the roof of of the main tent would normally fall in between its edge and the edge of an entrance marquee. The top section of the pole is fitted with an ABS plastic injection molded top pin

This 4" OD aluminum section is the bottom pole section of the 2pc and 3pc 4

and (1) 1500lb Worm Gear webbing winch

Height of wall is 8'0" and the finished width is 10'6" to allow for the hook/loop overlap and a little space to go around corners of your tent
