SOLD.......A mother of pearl topped thread waxer, tape measure and emery cushion. c1850An attractive trio of mother of pearl topped sewing tools. A tape measure, a thread waxer and an emery cushion from a mid 19th century sewing box. They are an unusual design with spots of green shell set into the white. Condition No damage but the ribbon in the tape is a replacement the original being too far gone to rescue. It is a silk ribbon though and the numbers are printed not hand written so it looks pretty authentic! 2. 5cm high (slight

The glass is in excellent condition but the silver lids have signs of age and use ie
