This dress features functional buttons to the waist, with a hook and eye at the waist, a matching belt, and 3 4 length sleeves that button at the bottom. This dress is in very good condition, but the only flaw being that the belt is looking a just a little worse for wear at the buckle (color and fabric a little worn, some light rusting tarnish
