Long sheer sleeves with ruffle detail and puff shoulder. V neck with snap closure in front. Has black tassels with wooden beads. Elastic waist band. Subtle gathered inside of bottom of sleeve. Wide leg solid black bottoms. Has shoulder pads that could easily be cut out if desired. This item was a limited edition item with not many being made.
